Fraudulent Websites
February 18 2025 5:19pmA number of fraudulent websites have recently been made to impersonate Blackstone Products. They take payments and sell our products at steep discounts, but they never deliver the customer orders.
The only websites we authorize are www.blackstoneproducts.com, www.blackstonegriddles.ca, www.blackstoneproducts.eu and www.blackstone.sale. If you would like to purchase one of our griddles online, please make sure you are purchasing through that web address, or one of our accredited retailers.
If you believe you purchased a product from us and the web address wasn't blackstoneproducts.com, please review that order for fraud. If you purchased from a fraudulent website, please contest the charge with your credit card company immediately. Some signs that you were a scam victim are:
- Receiving a charge confirmation from an individual's name, not Blackstone Products. We send out a confirmation email at the time of purchase.
- Receiving an order confirmation that isn't 6 digits long. If it is more or less, that will be a sign that it isn't from us.
We are working diligently to shut down these websites. Unfortunately, at this time, as soon as we get one website down, another one may pop up. If you have seen one of these fraudulent websites, please report the web address here. Our team will work on getting them shut down to protect Blackstone customers.
